You can begin law-enforcement roleplay without an application. To rank up and receive an official callsign, apply through the appropriate department channels in Discord.

Verified Civilian access is available through an application after 60 or more hours of in-server playtime, or through a verified civilian package in the supporter store. See the current rules and Discord for eligibility.

Use /vs to open the vehicle spawner. Some vehicles are rank-restricted; check your department information in Discord.

Press F11 to open the ERS menu and go on duty. Then press F10 to select your loadout.

Create an MPed with M → vMenu → Player Options → Create New Character. Then enter /eup to open your department's uniform menu.

Open vMenu → Vehicle Options → Liveries, then select an available livery for your vehicle.

The current Support guide lists BCSO 3, LSPD 4, SAHP 5, SAFR 6, DOT 7, and LSCSO 9. It also instructs players to use channel 3 when fewer than 15 players are online, then their assigned departmental channel with 15 or more. Follow newer department instructions in Discord if these assignments change.

Yes, within the applicable gang-zone, civilian, priority and interaction rules. Gang participation requires Verified Civilian access. Read the complete rulebook before joining those scenes.

Yes. You can create business or job scenes using existing in-game resources. Custom MLOs, vehicles and scripts are not normally added for individual player businesses.

Yes. Static FivePD welcomes streamers and content creators. Follow the normal community rules when recording and interacting with others.

Depending on the violation, staff may issue a warning, kick or temporary/permanent ban. Use Discord tickets for appeals and check the current rules page for server standards.

Restart FiveM and try the correct direct-connect link. If the issue continues, close unnecessary programs, verify your network connection, and clear FiveM's cached server data using the steps below. For continuing issues, open a ticket in your server Discord.

Close FiveM. Open %localappdata%\FiveM\FiveM.app\data in File Explorer, then remove the cached-data folders if present: cache, server-cache, server-cache-priv and server-cache-persistent. Do not delete the game or bin folders. Relaunch FiveM to rebuild the cache.

Try switching between the Stable and Beta FiveM update channels in your FiveM settings, then fully restart FiveM. Check your server announcements for any ongoing FiveM-related issues.

Try lowering texture and shadow settings, closing unnecessary background apps, and clearing FiveM cache. Some connection problems can also be server-side; report persistent issues through your server's Discord with the time and any error messages.

Restart schedules and temporary changes are posted in the relevant Discord announcements. Check there before planning a longer scene; scheduled restarts may occasionally be skipped or adjusted for testing.

Use the support-ticket system in the relevant Blue or Red Discord for player issues and appeals. For reports against staff, staff applications, or playtime verification, use the SFPD Government Discord.

For purchases, renewals, missing perks or questions about Standard, Premium, Ultimate and Grand, open a ticket in your community Discord. Include your purchase date and package name; share sensitive payment details only through an appropriate secure support channel.
