Civilian Roleplay Guidelines

These rules are in place to maintain a realistic, respectful, and immersive RP environment. All civilians must follow them to ensure a high-quality experience for everyone.

Verification Requirement

  • Civilian RP is restricted to verified players. (60+ Hours on server is needed before applying for Verified Civilian, alternatively it can be purchased on the supporter store).
  • Verification requires a character backstory and an approved permissions ticket.
  • Civilians must be signed into Sonoran CAD with accurate, updated information.

Roleplay Standards

  • No FailRP: Keep roleplay grounded in realism.
  • No VDM (Vehicle Deathmatching): Do not intentionally ram other players without proper RP. (Your life being in danger IS Proper RP)
  • Drive Responsibly: Reckless driving is only permitted in valid scenes.
  • No Random Attacks on LEOs: Civilian hostility toward law enforcement must be properly roleplayed with some sort of scene to it.
  • No Cop Baiting: Do not try to provoke police interactions without a scene.
  • Microphone Required: Voice communication is mandatory for Verified Civilians.
  • No Random Gunplay: Firearms may only be used with valid justification. Meaning, don’t go around randomly shooting people without some sort of RP.
  • Suicide, teleporting, respawning, or logging out to avoid jail, hospital, or any active scene is not allowed. This is considered Fail RP and may result in a kick or ban. If you commit suicide to try to get out of jail time you will either be Hospitalized for max time or Jailed after reviving.

Location & Behavior

  • (Civilians) Do not spawn at active law enforcement departments.
  • Avoid loitering at LEO stations without purpose.
  • Do not interrupt other civilian RP unless invited or have some sort of RP behind it.

Prohibited Civilian Actions

  • Do not steal or spawn emergency vehicles (Unless you or your group actively hold Priority) .
  • Long guns must be retrieved from vehicles or bags—no unrealistic spawns.
  • No Metagaming or Powergaming.
  • No exploiting, cheating, or glitch abuse.
  • No sniper rifles or shooting at LEO aircraft.
  • No shooting out of armored vehicles that cannot be shot into. This will be considered FAILRP.

RP & Discord Integrity

  • Remain in character; use /report or tickets for issues. Don’t break character in the middle of a scene even if someone did something wrong.
  • No spamming, advertising, or OOC disrespect.
  • Respect all members and follow staff directions at all times.

Priority Awareness

  • Do not initiate a civilian priority if one is already active. Do not spam them in chat asking when their priority scene will be over. Wait your turn.
  • Always check the priority/cooldown HUD indicator. No Shooting LEO without Priority.
  • 10-80s do not require priority, but shooting LEO during a 10-80 does.

Injuries & Consequences

  • Roleplay injuries seriously. For example, if your vehicle was to roll several times, you would be expected to RP injuries and stop the vehicle.
  • Seek EMS and accept the outcome of injuries in scenes.

Communication & Coordination

  • Communicate clearly and respectfully. Banter is allowed, just don’t be excessive.
  • Use OOC chat only when necessary.
  • Collaborate with other civilians and LEOs to create immersive RP scenes.

 

Aviation Rules & Regulations

Applies to Grand and Ultimate Supporters with Aviation Access

To maintain fair and smooth gameplay, aviation RP must follow strict guidelines. Violation of any of the following may result in suspension of aviation privileges.

Aviation Behavior

  • Maintain safe altitude over populated areas. Do not fly low over cities or scenes unless approved or if you hold Priorty. 
  • No purposeful crashing into buildings, players, or vehicles.
  • No landings at restricted zones without permission (e.g., police stations, hospitals, government buildings). Unless you have Priority.
  • Do not interfere with active ground scenes unless requested to do so.
  • Do not blockade airspace or hover in ways that restrict others movement.

RP Realism & Landing Zones

  • Flying must be semi-realistic. No excessive stunts or maneuvers.
  • You may land in open public areas only if the space is clear and not disruptive.

Role Requirements

  • You must have the Aviation Role to fly.
  • This role can only be obtained through our Tebex Store – Aviation License.
  • You must be officially assigned the role before operating any aircraft.
